Important: What to Use with Serelle
When using any mode that includes RF or microcurrent, Serelle must be used with a water-based conductive gel or a compatible water-based moisturiser. These modes will not work on bare, dry skin.
Do not use acidic skincare products with the device, as these can damage it. Check that your chosen gel or moisturiser is suitable for use with RF and microcurrent devices before applying. Follow the supplied user manual for all usage instructions and warnings.

Who should not use Serelle? The manual advises against use during pregnancy or breastfeeding, while taking steroid-based medication, or while skin is recovering from a cosmetic procedure, including peels, laser treatments, mesotherapy or dermal fillers within the past two weeks. Do not use if you have a pacemaker, an implanted instrument or a metal prosthesis. The device is not intended for children under 12; the manual also specifies supervision requirements for people with reduced physical, sensory or mental capabilities or insufficient experience.
Do not use on chapped skin, open wounds, sunburn, skin infections or conditions such as severe acne. Avoid the sensitive area around the eyes and all mucosal areas. Do not apply directly to the ears, or use if you have ear problems. Follow only the treatment areas and movements illustrated in the manual.
How should I use it? Start at the lowest intensity. Use a suitable water-based conductive gel or compatible water-based moisturiser with RF or microcurrent modes, never bare, dry skin or acidic skincare. Keep the massage head moving during RF use to avoid burns. Do not use while sleeping, drowsy or charging. The device switches off automatically after four minutes of continuous use; this is not a recommendation to repeat cycles. Follow the supplied manual for your treatment schedule rather than increasing frequency to chase results.
How do I charge it? Use the supplied charging accessories and a 5 V / 1 A adapter as specified in the manual. The indicator flashes while charging and stays illuminated when fully charged. Keep the charging socket dry, do not immerse the device, and do not charge for more than 24 hours. Fully charge at least every two months to help preserve battery life. Never use the device while charging.
